Planting Instructions

  • Method: Plant using a grain drill or broadcast seeder. If broadcasting, ensure to drag, roll, or culti-pack the seed after broadcasting.

  • Seeding Depth: Plant seeds at a depth of 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch

  • Seeding Date: Plant once the soil temperature is above 60 degrees.

    • Spring through Early Summer

  • Seeding Rate: Use 10 to 15 lbs per acre for optimal growth

Fertilization

  • Fertilizer: Apply a balanced fertilizer such as 17-17-17 at planting and again in late July or early August.

The Egyptian got 15 feet tall amazing

First time I’ve ever used screening on my food plots and 44 years. This stuff is amazing. Follow the instructions. It added 50 pounds 19-19-19 45 day after planting by August it was 15 feet tall. I will be using it next year great product
